How To Set X And Y Axis In Excel 2010

When charting values, Excel 2010 isn't always conscientious how it formats the values that appear on the y-axis (or the x-axis when using some chart types). If you're not happy with the way the values appear on either the x-centrality or y-axis, you can easily alter the formatting.

Select the axis values you want to format.

Click the 10-axis or y-axis directly in the nautical chart or click the Chart Elements button (in the Current Pick group of the Format tab) and so click Horizontal (Category) Axis (for the ten-axis) or Vertical (Value) Axis (for the y-axis) on its drop-downwards listing.
